NEW SHIPPING OPTION - FILL-A-BOX!
This is a new option we've added as we regularly restock our website, and we know you don't want to have to keep paying delivery charges! This enables you to secure the new stock, without having to pay more on delivery.
Follow the steps below to utilise this option and save money on shipping:
Step 1: Choose your products, add to your basket as normal.
Step 2: When you're ready to checkout, select the option "Start My Box" from the drop down menu under "Shipping". This will change your shipping total to £5, this allows for the extra size and weight accumulated throughout this ongoing order.
Step 3: Each time we add new stock you'd like to purchase, follow the above steps, but select "Add To My Box", this will deduct any delivery costs.
Step 4: On the last day of every month, we will ship your order with whatever you've added that calendar month. This will be renewed every month.
Terms & Conditions of Fill-a-Box:
Boxes will be closed the last day of each calendar month, no matter when you started your box, please be aware of this. Boxes will close at 11:59pm on the last day of the month.
You must start a box first.
If you select "Add To My Box" without having started a box, your items will not be despatched.
Boxes will only be sent to the address you put when you started your box, this can not be used to send to multiple destinations.

Standard shipping is £3.95, items will be dispatched within 48 hours.
Free delivery for orders £60 and over - excluding Fill-a-Box.
We mostly use Royal Mail, but will occasionally use a courier like UPS or DPD.
All deliveries will require a signature.
Your order may be sent in pre-loved packaging, in an attempt to reduce the amount of one-use packaging in the world!

We can’t always be perfect, so if for whatever reason, you need to arrange a return, please email us within 14 days of receiving your order, at email@example.com. If your order arrives faulty or broken, you must inform us via email, with photos, within 48 hours of receiving the item.
